Railways to run 23 special trains during festive season: Check list here
NEW DELHI: In order to cater to the massive festive season rush, Indian Railways is all set to run 23 particular trains.
The regular operation of the railways has been shut because the Centre introduced the primary lockdown within the month of March in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the previous couple of months, the railways resumed operation of a restricted variety of trains to cater to the demand of the general public in addition to migrant staff.
However, with the beginning of the festive season, the railways has determined to run some particular in addition to clone trains throughout this era.
Chief Public Relations Officer Deepak Kumar stated in an announcement that in view of the upcoming festivals, the Railways will function particular trains for varied locations as follows.
