Israel inks deal establishing formal diplomatic ties with Bhutan
New Delhi: In a significant improvement for South Asia, Bhutan and Israel formally established diplomatic relations with the alternate of diplomatic paperwork between Israeli envoy to India Ron Malka and Bhutanese envoy General Vetsop Namgyel in Delhi on Saturday.
