India witnesses highest-ever spike of 5,611 coronavirus cases in 24 hours; COVID-19 tally reaches 1,06,750

New Delhi: With 5,611 new circumstances of coronavirus reported within the final 24 hours, India`s COVID-19 tally reached 1,06,750 on Wednesday, in line with the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

As many as 140 deaths have been reported within the final 24 hours, taking the entire variety of deaths to three,303. Out of the entire circumstances, 61,149 are actives circumstances and 42,298 sufferers have been cured/discharged/migrated.

Maharashtra continues to stay the worst-affected state with 37,136 circumstances, adopted by Tamil Nadu (12,448 circumstances), Gujarat (12,140 circumstances), and Delhi (10,554 circumstances).
