Delhi air pollution in ‘very poor’ category, AQI falls to 326

New Delhi: The nationwide capital on Thursday (November 12, 2020) witnessed air air pollution ranges at ‘very poor’ class with Air Quality Index (AQI) registering at 326.

While in Noida and Gurgaon, the AQI is recorded at 387 and 297, respectively, which falls underneath the ‘very poor’ class, as per information collected at 7.30 am. 

The air pollution ranges in Delhi-NCR is predicted to stay such until Diwali as a result of the winds which have been blowing from the western course bringing smoke from Punjab and Haryana is now blowing from the japanese course, sending the smoke again. The wind sample is prone to change once more after Diwali.

Early morning studying of the AQI ranges have been at an alarming degree with AQI in Delhi being recorded at 398 in ‘very poor’ class, whereas Noida and Gurgaon had 491 and 408 AQI ranges, respectively, which falls underneath the ‘extreme’ class.
