Lucknow: BJP’s Avinash Kumar Singh on Sunday bagged the Lucknow graduates’ constituency seat for Uttar Pradesh legislative council together with his celebration rising winner on complete three seats and SP on two out of the 5 seats following a tricky struggle for them.

The time period of workplace of the MLCs from these constituencies had expired on May 6.
