Mumbai: On the 12th anniversary of November 26 assault on Mumbai, Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and Environment Minister Aaditya Thackeray paid their respects on Thursday on the newly-built memorial on the police headquarters in south Mumbai.
