“Several people detained after some miscreants tried to disrupt law and order situation in Ballabhgarh on National Highway 2, while ‘mahapanchayat’ was underway. Permission was not taken to hold the mahapanchayat,” DCP Haryana Police, Sumer Singh had stated.
