Bhumi Pednekar on Durgamati: Glad to collaborate with Akshay Kumar after 3 years
Mumbai: Actress Bhumi Pednekar is happy about her upcoming movie ‘Durgamati: The Myth’, and says it’s an honour to play the lead within the conspiracy thriller. The trailer of the movie was unveiled on Wednesday.

Being an ardent fan of spine-chilling thrillers myself, I was delighted to be a part of such a gripping story,” stated Bhumi, including: “Also, I am glad to collaborate with Akshay (Kumar) sir again after three years and present this wonderful film for audiences across the world,” stated Bhumi.
Akshay Kumar is likely one of the presenters of ‘Durgamati’, and he had acted reverse Bhumi within the 2017 movie, ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’.
The thriller additionally options Arshad Warsi, Mahie Gill, Jisshu Sengupta and Karan Kapadia. The movie, written and directed by G. Ashok, casts Bhumi as a authorities officer who turns into the goal of a sinister conspiracy.
